Orders and Shipping

Orders from local sellers

                If you have placed an order from a seller who is located in the same country as you, the product will be delivered within 15 working days.

Orders from International sellers

                If you have placed an order from a seller in a different country as you, the product is expected to be delivered within 60 working days

The shipping address cannot be changed after an order has been placed. However you can write an email to [email protected] mentioning the change of address and we will request the buyer if there is any possibility of a change in address. In most cases that will not be possible specially if the request is made after the order has been dispatched.

Returns and Exchanges

Please send us an email with your claim of return providing video or photo evidence along with order number and as much details as possible. Our team will analyse the claim in detail and get in touch with you via email. Please note that return claim must be within 20 days of the purchase.

Please send us an email providing video or photo of the item received, along with the order number of the actual product purchased. Our team will get back to you within 3 working days to arrange for the return of the wrong product to the seller, and immediate delivery of the actual product.

Please send us an email with your claim of damaged product providing video or photo evidence along with order number and as much details as possible. Our team will analyse the claim in detail and get in touch with you via email. Please note that damage claim must be within 20 days of the purchase.

After receiving your email with the claim, we will reply to you with complete details of where to mail the damaged or wrong item.

In most cases this is not possible, however you can still send us a request at [email protected]. After receiving your request we will contact the buyer and if the buyer agrees, you may be able to cancel or change your order.
